  • Sodium bicarbonate.

Add sodium bicarbonate in warm water (one tablespoon of bicarbonate per liter of water) and wait until it dissolves. Hold your feet in this solution for a period of 15-20 minutes, every evening, for one week. Also sprinkle a little sodium bicarbonate right into the shoes you plan to wear during the day.

  • Lavender oil.

It not only smells pleasant, it also has the property of clearing bacteria from the surface of the skin. At the same time, lavender oil possesses antifungal properties, which are necessary in the fight against the smell of legs.

  • Alaun stone.

Alaun stone is recognized as a natural alternative to commercial deodorants. One teaspoon of alum powder is mixed in a cup of warm water, then the feet are washed with this solution. After the legs have dried completely, sprinkle a little bit of alum powder onto the already dry skin. Comply with these procedures every day.

  • Epsom Salt or Magnesium Sulfate.

It creates an acidic environment, very unfavorable for bacteria on the feet. Apple vinegar is the most appropriate. Half a cup of vinegar is mixed with eight cups of hot water. In this solution, the feet are held for 15 minutes. Later, you can wash your feet with soap and water to remove the odor.

  • Borax (sodium borate, “sodium decahydrate dibrate”).

It is a disinfectant that kills ugly bacteria. Half a cup of borax is dissolved in two cups of water. So, you get a perfect spray for the inside of the shoes before you put them on.

  • Sugar scrub.

Removes dead epithelial cells and helps neutralize ugly odor. To get it, mix sugar, clean water and isopropyl alcohol (over 91%). Use part of alcohol and five – water. Rub the legs with this exfoliating mixture well for 10 minutes. Repeat this procedure three times a week. For better results, before the procedure, keep your feet in hot water.

  • Sage leaves.

Tannic acid, like black tea. In addition, it gives your feet pleasant smell. Tear, but it is recommended to place the sage leaves right inside the shoes before the shoe. In another way, keep your legs in sage tea and drink sage tea before bedtime.

  • Ginger roots.
