Vanilla Almond Parfait – Vanilla and almond parfait is a stomach-friendly dessert, being recommended for both the ulcer diet and the gastroesophageal reflux disease diet.

Ingredients:
200 ml of almond milk
150 g greek yogurt
3 tablespoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
50 g chia seeds
300 g strawberries
20 g fried almonds
Method of preparation:
Put the almond milk, yoghurt, two tablespoons of agave syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add chia seeds and leave the mixture aside for 25 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Separately, cut off the strawberries and mix them with the rest of agave syrup and fried almonds. Remove the chia and yoghurt mixture from the refrigerator and begin to assemble the parfait in the glasses. Put a row of yoghurt mixture and one of the strawberry paste until you finish both compositions.
